Responsively, we need to pass bills promoting Section 1346 of Title 18, United States Code. This section provides an intangible right to honest services. Earlier, federal prosecutors have applied the statute in cases of public corruption. Additionally, they have applied it in cases where private individuals breached a fiduciary duty to another. Remember, these payments have affected every aspect of the court system.
