PROBLEM:
Dangerous trial court decisions are leaving survivors of abuse and their children at risk of ongoing abuse. Custody case studies of documented incidents of domestic violence reveal troubling patterns. The abusive parent is granted custody more than fifty-percent of the time.
SOLUTION:
Support a fair and accessible legal system that promotes justice for women survivors of domestic violence.
Engage a variety of experts in the legal system to offer state remedies for survivors of abuse.
Positive Change for domestic abuse survivors through communities, the legal system, and legislature.
