Motion to Quash, LLC is dedicated to helping domestic violence survivors and their families by appealing dangerous trial court decisions on their behalf. We help survivors of abuse obtain legal services to provide the safety, security, and justice they deserve.
We promote laws that support the Whistleblower Protection Act
PROBLEM:
Dangerous trial court decisions are leaving survivors of abuse and their children at risk of ongoing abuse. According to custody case studies of documented incidents of domestic violence, the abusive parent is granted custody more than fifty-percent of the time.
SOLUTION:
Support a fair and accessible legal system that promotes justice for women survivors of domestic violence.
Engage a variety of experts in the legal system to provide state remedies for survivors of abuse.
Positive Change for domestic abuse survivors through communities, the legal system, and legislature.
