  1. I’m pleased to have my name recognized on 30 July 2022 as of Lawrence Miruka the only one from here in Kenya and most probably Africa. The Kenyan State more the Judiciary must realize that even if they have powers to dismiss my Civil Appeal No.E005 of 2020 at their own discretions, the Government of United States of America has already recognized me as a whistleblower in forensic investigator which cannot be ruled out by all means. It the Court’s powers to determine the Civil Appeal No.E005 of 2020 before the end of November 2023 so that I can be able to travel to America to meet with the US-President, the National Whistleblower Center Chairman-Stephen Kohn and the Executive Director Siri Nelson to implement my whistleblower reforms on matters tax evasion, tax havens fraud and money laundering as the global economic revolution ideas if Kenya does not want them. These are my humble prayers.
